You can participate virtually by bidding online, or placing an absentee bid. But really, mark your calendar because being there in person is awesome! Please dress accordingly and bring an extra jacket as fall temps at Bethany Birches can get chilly!
Online Auction Items
Again there will be a week-long online auction prior to the live event.
Mug Club
This tradition offers free refills of coffee, tea, and apple at the auction. It even works virtually.
The Artisan and Crafters Market was a success in 2022 so we intend to keep it!
Calling all Artists, Crafters and Makers – Seeking up to 10 items per craft to be priced by Auction staff at $30 and under.
- Ceramics
- Pet Treats/Toys
- Stationary
- Cut flower bouquets
- Jams & Jellies
- Fabric Arts (napkins, potholders, kitchen/bath, etc)
- Children’s items (fairy wands, scrunchies, accessories,wooden toys, etc)
Please send a description/photo of the item to juliederksen@comcast.net by September 1.
Items will be collected at camp, Bethany Mennonite Church, and Taftsville Chapel. In PA, items collected at Blooming Glen Mennonite Church.
