Bethany Birches Camp is a great venue for events and some groups are interested in additional lodging nearby that is less rustic. Our cabin only sleeps up to 32 and not everyone enjoys camping or a shelter in the woods. Below is a list of lodging options nearby.

Salt Ash Inn

This historic Inn was updated after the flood caused by storm Irene.  Calvin Coolidge received the telegram that he was to be president in this building.  About 3 miles from camp, there is a pub and restaurant that is open on the weekends.

October Country Inn

The October Country Inn is a 15 minute drive from camp.  It’s ratings on Trip Advisor and Google are top notch.  Long Trail Brewery is right across the road (yummy) and Ramuntos Brick Oven is right down the road. This inn is and affordable option located right off Rt. 4.

Echo Lake Inn

The Echo Lake Inn is a very nice historic Inn which is rated quite highly and priced to match. It has a nice restaurant to with a full menu. The inn is 15 minutes from camp across from Echo Lake.

Sleep Inn

The Sleep Inn Woodstock is a 20 minute drive from camp along the Ottaquechee River. Centrally located between Woodstock and Bridgewater. Motel style lodging. Originally built by one of the Mennonites who came to help with the Bethany Mennonite Church plant.

Okemo Mountain Resort

Okemo Mountain is a very popular ski resort in Vermont. They have various lodging options and often have special deals available. Check it out here.  About a 20 minute drive to camp.

Birch Ridge Inn, Killington

The Birch Ridge is near Killington Resort. This B&B Style Inn is tucked into Killington about 25 minutes from camp.
